Many services have come and gone over the years I’ve been trading. This is my current favourite, because it’s consistent and regularly updated.

If you use my link then I’ll receive a small commission from them, although that’s not why I use and recommend them. It’s been a long process of trial and error to find the right service.

Let me know if you decide to subscribe to them using my link and I’ll send you my advanced videos (or some other advanced lessons if you already have the videos).

The type of service that may be appropriate for you will depend on your level of experience and the level of trading activity that you think you will be involved in. Some services provide several thousand each month, whilst others manage less than 50 per month. Therefore, it’s quite important that you match your requirements with the right service. Otherwise you will either be inundated with arbs or starved. Either way you’re going to be very frustrated.

    Hi Alan !
    What do you think about
http://www.zero-risk-arbitrage.com ? Do they offer a professional service ? What do you think about their “previous results” ? Is this realistic ?
    best regards

    Alex

    • Dear Alex,

      Thanks very much for writing.

These days, http://www.zero-risk-arbitrage.com offer an updated service at http://www.sportsarbitrageworld.com

I think that they are a very high-level service, both in terms of technology & customer service.

The ‘previous results’ are realistic in the sense that they do state facts about the arbs they find. So they are factually correct. However, when you try to relate these numbers to your own trading situation you must take some practical considerations into account if you want to end up with a realistic extrapolation.

By this, i mean that just because they find xxx thousand arbs in a month it doesn’t mean that it will ever be possible for you to trade that many arbs. You should take into account your limited time & capital and the fact that it takes time to transfer funds between bookmakers. I’ve been trading for 10 years now and up to now I’ve not placed more than 300 arbs in a single month.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

Hi Alan,do you know anything about a company called sporting arbitrage.com ?

  6. Louise Crawford Says:

    Hi Alan,

We have been approached by Morgan Kemp. A south Australian company doing split market trading. They are selling their software at a cost of $15900 up front. Offering the guidance from a Head Trader to assist with weekly analysis. Trade would be done through Moneybookers. Do you know much about them. Are they are a reputable company to consider. If you don’t know, how could we find out more?

    Kindest regards,
    Louise

    • Dear Louise,

      Thanks very much for writing.

I have received several emails from people who, unfortunately, have lost money to this outfit. The are using the same tactics as all of the other sports arbitrage-related scams discussed on the Scams section of my site

I urge extreme caution when dealing with them and would encourage you not to be blinded by greed or wishful thinking, no matter how persuasive & pressurising their sales tactics may be.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

  8. Mark Says:

I will begin my adventure with arbetrage betting in February 2012 with the amount of 5k gbp banroll.
Have decided to trust arbets.com as a start(this is not advertising) in my opinion they have very big arbs with 12% up to 50% nearly every second day!+arbs like 100%plus at least one on 3 weeks!
My plan woud be devide this amount of money into only two the most profitable books at the biginning ;2k each plus 1k into wallet. The chosen ones are:
    -pinnacle-the most friendly arbers bookie
paddy power-which in my opinion not gonna limit your acc very fast as well when you start winning money.
I would chose this bookies from other reasons as well BOTH of them always showing max bet possibility before actually bet,so you can easly figure out how much to sqeeze from the high arbs.:-) which with again in my opinion with arbbets service gives perfect combination.

    few question now:
Dear Alan why on you review have you get only 3 starts to arbets.com i think they deserve more ,that is the only service which gives 100%arbs plus every month!have done my research for 2 month on others web can not find nothing similar.
Second -do you think my idea would be successful?
Third-do you think that i can reach 20%-30% bankroll profit first month?
And last one -from your big expirience do you know any more bookies which provides limits before betting like pinnacle and paddy?

    Sincerely,
    Mark

    • Dear Mark,

      Thanks very much for writing.

All of those large percentages that you are seduced by are the result of errors. If you try to trade them you will lose a lot of money very quickly.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

      • Mark Says:

Its a shame you did not answer the questions………can you express more your theory ?which arbs are safe which are not?have you previously used arbbets and you know this as a fact?

      • Dear Mark,

        Thanks very much for writing.

The trades on arbets often mismatch events and display old prices which are not actually available. Arbs of double-digits are simply not available to that degree and most professional sports arbitrage traders I know work on an average profit per arb of 3% and below.

Give them a try and find out for yourself. Just don’t risk large stakes and you’ll learn a cheap but valuable lesson.

        All the best.

        Sincerely,
        Alan Seymour

    Hi Allan
Thanks for you page I have been approached by LTC Services and was contemplating on investing there initial price was $18k in which I can pay 40% up front and the rest after I reach trading $30k.
Above you Say they are a scam.
Can you reccomend a trader with a good software package to invest in.
    thankfully

  10. Filippos Says:

    Dear Alan,

after reading all the posts on your website and as far as I can tell you are not interested in training any new arbitragers. What you do is offering valuable advice from your experience and some necessary tools for people that want to train themselves. Am I right?

  11. Derek Says:

Hi Alan. I have opened a trial account with sports arbitrage world and I have some questions to ask them but only get an answerphone message whenever I ring their support number. It says to leave a message and number and they will get back to me as they are busy helping other traders. I have rang 5 times now over a 2 day period and left messages but no one has rang me back and me back. I cannot say I am very impresses with their lack of support especially in this early learning period and I will certainly not be signing up for a subscription to their service if this is what I can expect. Do you have any comments on their support…or lack of it?
I cannot use their email support as it keeps saying I am using an invalid username or passwork even though I am logging into the trader zone using the same ones.

    Thanks

    Derek

    • Dear Derek,

      Thanks very much for writing.

I think that their support, overall, is exemplary but that you’ll be waiting a long time for a call-back. I imagine that most calls that they take will last around half an hour or more, given how endless a novice trader’s questions can be! That doesn’t leave time in the day for that many calls, so I’d expect their backlog to be weeks if not months.

However, as I said, I do find their support excellent; they respond to ticket/email requests very quickly. Your problem seems to stem from not understanding that the TraderZone and support desk have separate log-ins so you are probably using the wrong codes. I’m sure if you address that, you’ll get further.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

  12. Derek Says:

    Hi again Alan.
Support did contact me around 2.5 later and basically said the same as you regarding telephone calls and advised me to use emaill support which I will do now for the rest of the trial.

    Kind regards

    Derek

  13. Chris Says:

    Hi Alan,

Just wonder is you have hear or seen anything similar to Sansar Connect. They have a slick marketing booklet and say they provide a platform service for arbitrage betting but they call it “Reciprocal Trading”. Any infomtion wourld be great.

    Thanks
    Chris

  14. markblaster Says:

Hi Alan, great post and thanks for the information.

My question more than about a particular service is a more philosophical one.

If these services offer arbitrages to all those who are interested, and I guess they count their customers on the 1000s, is this fact no eliminating the arbitrage?

Especially, what is the chance to get real, consistent opportunities when lots of people is betting on the same choices.

It will be great you could extend on this.

    Mark

    • Dear Mark,

      Thanks very much for writing.

You’re right, in theory, and over the last 12 years I’ve certainly noticed that the ‘easy’ arbs disappear much faster than they used to. However, it’s not as easy to be a sports arbitrage trader as many people assume and most people who try actually give up before they can have the effect that you describe.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

  15. Joseph Says:

    HI Alan
Sansar Connect have been making several calls to me saying they have a limited run on available places and gave an interesting web demonstration. It sounds to good to be true and at $16K sounds excessive. Having been scammed a few years back by Avalon I am very cautious now. What are your thoughts

    Joseph

  16. Ryan Says:

    Hi Alan,
My question is very similar to the last.
I have been approached by S-connect system to puchase their software for $18k.
    Your thoughts?
    Ryan

  17. Harold Says:

Hi Alan. I want to purchase ARBALARM/TRADERZONE. Can the software be used successfully in Germany? My girlfriend has family there and has duel citizenship in the U.S. Would Arbalarm/Traderzone work better outside the U.S. (Germany) where the gambling laws are more liberal and the types of sports vary? Thanks.

    Harold

    • Dear Harold,

      Thanks very much for writing.

If you can open and fund bookmaker accounts from Germany, then you will be able to use any sports arbitrage software from there. The issue is never whether the software will work in your country, it’s whether or not you can place bets with bookmakers from your country.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

  18. david rawcliffe Says:

    Hi Alan
I’m intrigued by how you have managed to trade so long as i have had my accounts restricted to very small amounts without any arbing activity, an odds compiler i know at Stan James told me the reason i’m restricted is because i’m always taking best prices.
It’s the main reason i didn’t buy the autopilot license from sportsabitrage world, i thought i would be restricted with the 10 bookies before i recovered the license fee, as arbing also requires betting at best prices.
So i would love to know how you keep the accounts viable,
as i have followed the usual advice about betting to round figures £50 etc not £48.56, as i bet the football draws with the bookies and hedge on betfair.

    Kind Regards

    Dave

    • Dear Dave,

      Thanks very much for writing.

I have used and continue to use a number of different strategies. I started with multiple accounts via friends/family and then moved my trading towards books which more friendly towards traders. The odds compiler you spoke to is probably typical of many British bookmakers, though, which is probably why so many British traders give up quickly.

With regards to autopilot, I look forward to the day that it starts to work with all of the British bookmakers. It’s a waste of time to try to trade manually with them with minimal stakes, but if the software is doing it all day at least the accounts will become useful again!

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

  19. Bruce L Says:

I don’t believe you are real Alan. Your videos are obviously staged. Anyway if u were you would know that Autopilot is scam and the company that sells it ie you cannot be trusted. Their Paypal account has been suspended pending reimbursement to the unfortunate users.
Autopilot software DOES NOT work (proven to not) and does NOT deliver what is promised – nowhere near it. I have 1st hand experience as do others.
Lets see if this appears on the board here as a legitimate post – I bet it doesnt.
    BL

    • Dear Bruce,

      Thanks very much for writing.

The software worked for me for a few weeks and delivered. After this it started to deteriorate and then it stopped altogether. It’s an unfortunate situation.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour

    Hi Alan,

I am generally impressed and appreciative of all the information you have provided here. A couple of things I am unclear about though. Firstly, a lot of the links provided throughout the blog don’t work, I am assuming because a lot of the stuff was written a few years ago. I am intrigued by the fact that your website features right at the top of the google search results – I don’t know exactly what criteria is used but I thought it involved lots of time, effort, money to have ones website appear right at the top, or is it simply best match for the words being used in the search. Can you shed any light?

Many thanks once again for all of the great insight you have provided and good luck.

    Regards
    Tom

  21. Emma Says:

I’ve found your website and free guide really useful, thanks. Do you have any suggestions for online Arb services? Many thanks.

  22. Adz Says:

    Hi Alan,
Hope you are well. Thank you for such an informative post.
May I ask, what are some strategies you can recommend to avoid being limited by bookmakers? One point that I have picked up is to bet numbers that squares would normally bet on (eg, $150- as opposed to $125 on a match).
    Thank you,
    Adz

  23. David Poppleton Says:

    Hello Alan,

Congratulations on your continuing success, i have found your website very useful. However, although i continue to make money, I find i am limited to profits of £2 – £5 on every trade. Coral, Marathon, Paddypower continually reduce their exposure to less than £50, sometimes only a £5 trade resulting in pence as profit. I have a large trading pot but unable to use it. I do find rebel betting platform extremely accurate and user friendly.

I would gratefully appreciate your help.

    Kind Regards

    Dave

  24. Tim Irish Says:

    Hi Alan
Thank you for all the information that you have posted on your web site. For someone like me who is unused to gambling but keen on making a secondary income from arbitrage your insight has been invaluable
    Do you offer personal training?
I would be very interested to meet and chat with you and would understand if you needed payment for your time
Look forward to hearing from you
    Best regards
    Tim

  25. Ripley Says:

    Good afternoon, Alan

What would you say are the advantages of using a proprietary service over, say, an Excel spreadsheet for finding opportunities? The reason I ask is that I’m very new to this but I’ve created a spreadsheet which allows me to determine favourable odds & what proportion of my “pot” to invest in the opportunity. The most obvious downside is that I have to trawl through bookies’ odds. However, at the moment, I am only using 2 bookies & placing cash wagers.

    All the best,

    Paul

    • Dear Paul,

      Thanks very much for writing.
The calculations are the easy part – it’s locating trades that takes time, effort and experience. A software service can be a shortcut to that.

      All the best.

      Sincerely,
      Alan Seymour
